All roads lead to Kisama for Hornbill Festival now

Dimapur, November 28 (NE): Yes, now all roads lead to Kisama Heritage Village at Kohima – as the date is coming each passing day nearer to December One.

With renovations given for a final touch to the stalls, including the pavilions – it is no wonder for anyone’s delight to say, Festival of Festivals in a true sense. They are now in no mood to rest a single minute for sure. As the world is already waiting for the biggest festival ever by a Government level in India; gaining the world’s attention is no joke.

All the roads are literally being given the best by filling up the potholes or even renovating the entire stretch of roads – for a smooth drive by an ordinary car to the best Subs available, including the pavement to walk.

It is now the best time of the year for visiting with loved ones including family members altogether. Many visitors as domestic and foreign tourists will be trogging in Nagaland; hotels including home stays & not forgetting the camp sites, etc are expected to be all booked this season again.

Meanwhile, in a Government of Nagaland notification, Directorate of Tourism, has informed all the campsites, homestays, including others based at Kohima district for ensuing Hornbill Festival are asked to contact the Directorate office on or before November thirty to get the firm registered- to make it legal and to contact the office before the last date.
