Visitors prohibited in Nagaland Civil Secretariat & Directorate of Health & Family Welfare

In view of increase in detection of COVID-19 positive cases, an order has been issued for total restriction of visitors in Nagaland Civil Secretariat and Directorate of Health & Family Welfare offices with immediate effect till further order.

Kohima, November 21 (NEx): In view of increase in detection of COVID-19 positive cases, an order has been issued for total restriction of visitors in Nagaland Civil Secretariat and Directorate of Health & Family Welfare offices with immediate effect till further order.

Separate orders issued by the Home Department, Secretariat Administration Branch and the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare stated that in view of the recent detection of the COVID-19 positive cases and in the interest of public safety, there shall be a total restriction of visitors in the Nagaland Civil Secretariat and Directorate of Health and Family Welfare with immediate effect till further order.

Further, all employees should have valid ID card which should be displayed to the checking staffs while entering the Secretariat. All employees within the establishment are advised not to entertain outsiders or visitors and to follow precautionary measures at all times, like wearing of mask, regular washing of hands and maintaining social / physical distancing to ensure general safety.

The order also stated that any correspondence or documents is to be submitted to the staff at the entrance gate and communication may be send through email to the respective department’s mailing address.
