The Leaders Motivational Talk held at Dimapur on January 8

Dimapur, January 15 (NE): The Livingstone Foundation International (LFI), Dimapur organized the Leaders Motivational Talk for the mentors at the LFI Auditorium on January Eight with Apostle Rev. Luoliehu Yimsung, Initiator, Overseas Naga Association (ONA) and Founder, Leaders Arise Nagaland (LAN) who is based in Sydney, Australia as the motivational speaker.

He presented the motivational talk on the topic – ‘Alliance-Biblical Perspective’. The programme began at 10:15 AM with the invocation prayer by Ms. Medozhanuo, Chaplain of LFI followed by Welcome Address by Dr. Andrew Ahoto, Chairman LFI who while introducing and welcoming the Resource Person also encouraged the mentors to be leaders with integrity, vision & resourcefulness.

Rev. Luoliehu during his motivational talk gave a brief outline about the recent devastating wild fire that ravaged many parts of Australia. He also spoke on the sidelines of effective leadership system that Australia professes and how political leaders are constantly motivated on biblical principles for effective governance. He gave valuable insights into the role of effective leaders and gave certain tenets to be followed to become exemplary and visionary leaders. He also dwelt on the Biblical King David who was one of the greatest leaders and kings of his time.
According to him, in any organization there are invariably five types of people – wanderers, followers, achievers, leaders and overcomers. Successful people should follow certain rigors like Emotional Management, Time Management, Management of Priorities, Energy Management, Management of Thoughts and Words and Management of Personal Life. He also stressed on the three rings of life which includes Engagement Ring, Wedding Ring and Suffering much to the amusement of the gathering. The Resource Person finally highlighted about the roles and responsibilities of five different groups of people for a successful organization viz. Connector for networking, Influencer who influences people, Realist who does positive criticism, Enthusiaser who is always proactive and enthusiastic about new projects of the organization and the Leader who dons the responsibility of leading the flock with determination and courage in an impeccable manner.

In closing note, Mrs Ani Yepthomi, Director LFI profusely thanked the speaker for motivating the mentors and described it as an incredible experience while also challenging the mentors to imbue the good teachings that were propagated by Rev. Luoliehu through his motivational talk.
