Sentisangla Oungth from Nagaland participates in grand finale of “NE Body Can Sing – Season IV”

Dimapur, November 24 (NE): Sentisangla Oungth, a 17 year old student of Minister’s Hill Baptist Higher Secondary School Kohima, gives her best at the grand finale of “NE Body Can Sing – Season IV”, for the Northeast in Western Music (Solo), held at Shillong.

Her co-participate, Mr. Reuben Mewanshuwa Haden from the home state of Meghalaya is the winner of “NE Body Can Sing – Season IV” competition, she walked away with Rupees One Lakh as cash besides a certificate with a memento.

The Runner Up went to Miss Supriya Laimayum from Manipur, walked away with Rupees Fifty Thousand and a certificate with a memento.

While the rest were as participants received a cash prize of Rupees Six Thousand Seven Hundred.

ADG (E), Northeast Zone, AIR & DDK, Shri Shashi Kant graced the program as chief guest, who congratulated to have organized such event for North East and said that the program will only encourage from the region in bringing ones talents through such platforms. And it is pertinent to note that the competition was held in commemorating Prasar Bharati Foundation Day being held on November twenty three last.
