Relief from private sector during COVID-19 pandemic: A report

Dimapur, June 25 (NE): The proprietor of Avantika Associates Pvt Ltd, Abhijeet Sahu handed over hundred family Ration kits and masks to Chairman and GB of Bangjak Phome Village Dimapur on June Twenty Two.

In a press release on June Twenty Four by Avantika Associate Pvt Ltd, it said that as a social responsibility, the company took up the endeavor to help Nagaland as it is fighting against COVID-19 pandemic like the rest of the world since few months now. The company is still continuing to help Nagaland in various ways for different sectors of the society.

On June Nineteen, it has handed over five thousand numbers of 3-layered masks to Honorable Higher Education and Tribal Affairs Minister who is also BJP Nagaland State President, Shri. Temjen Imna Along Longkumer at Kohima.

On the same day, 200 kg Bio medical waste collection Bio Degradable Plastic bags were handed over to Hon’ble Minister of climate change & Environment and forest Nagaland, Shri CM Chang.

Meanwhile, on June Eleven, 10 pieces of Thermal scanning machine was donated to Hon’ble Prison Minister of Nagaland Mr. Hying.

On June Sixteen, the company owner Abhijeet Sahu handed over 10 rice bags to Jan Siksha Samiti (JSS) Hostel in Dimapur.

Another press release on June Twenty Four, by Seva Bharati, Nagaland, said that on June Twenty Three, as a contribution for COVID-19 pandemic fight in the state, rations were donated to Quarantine center at Peren district through the Joint Action Committee (JAC).

The following items included;

1. Rice 20 Quintals (40 bags)
2. Dal 150 kg
3. Tea leaves 100 kg
4. Mask 500 Nos.
5. Salt 50 kg (1 bag).
