Kohima, May 20 (NEx): Many more organisations condole the demise of Sashi Naga, incumbent President of Eastern Nagaland People’s Organisation (ENPO) who passed away after a brief illness on May 17th, 2021 at Dimapur.
Naga Hoho condoles:
The Naga Hoho expressed profound sorrow over the sudden demise of Sashi Naga, the President of Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) who passed away after a brief illness at Referral Hospital Dimapur on May 17th, 2021.
The Hoho recalled Lt. Sashi Naga as a dedicated social worker who had served the Naga people particularly the ENPO in various capacities and a very humble person. During his lifetime, he had contributed his best for the welfare of the people. Nagas have lost a true son of the soil and the vacuum created by him will be irreparable, it said.
The Naga Hoho conveyed its deepest condolences to the bereaved family members and colleagues and prays that God Almighty grant peace and comfort to his near and dear ones.
The Eastern Naga National Workers’ Union (NSCN/GPRN) expressed profound shock over the sudden and untimely demise of Mr. C. Sashi Naga, the President of Eastern Nagaland
Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO).
The Union in it’s condolence message said, ‘Indeed we have lost a great leader who always stood fast to the called of the people. As a young enthusiastic and energetic leader, he has also served in various capacities in the State cadre and won the hearts of the people and brought many laurels to the Eastern Nagas in particular and the Nagas in General. The void created by his untimely demise is a great loss to the people and will be hard to fillin the days to come’.
The ENNWU conveyed deepest condolence to the bereaved family members and prays that almighty God will bestow comfort over his near and dear ones in this difficult times of sorrow.
The Kachari Tribal Council Nagaland (KTCN) deeply expressed sadness on the untimely demise of Late C Sashi Naga and recalled him as a humble, dedicated and distinguished gentleman who devoted his life to serve the people of Eastern Nagaland in particular and the Nagas in general in various capacities.
The KTCN in a press release said, ‘Late Sashi Naga may be gone from our sight but never from our hearts’.
Further, the KTCN on behalf of all the Kacharis of Nagaland pray that Almighty Father grant strength, peace and comfort to the bereaved family, ENPO and for the departed soul to rest in peace.
