No Covid-19 case in Nagaland, 70 samples tested negative, 4 results awaited | April 12, 2020

Kohima, April 12 (NE): Dr. Vizolie Z Suokhrie, Principal Director, Health and Family Welfare, GoN through Covid-19 bulletin informed that as on 04:00 pm, today, April 12, 2020 there is no positive case of Coronavirus detected in Nagaland.

A total of 70 suspected Covid-19 samples were sent for test from Nagaland and all 70 tested negative, said the bulletin.

It informed that a total of 407 persons are under home quarantine and 28 at facility quarantine as on 04:00 pm, April 12, 2020. A total of 5459 persons have already completed home quarantine period, it added.

District wise quarantine report shows that, Kohima district has 07 home quarantine and 02 facility quarantine.

Dimapur district has 18 facility quarantine.

Wokha district has 16 home quarantine and 4 facility quarantine.

Mon district has 12 home quarantine and 4 facility quarantine.

Other district status are as follows; Mokokchung – 64, Peren – 01, Phek – 0, Tuensang – 32, Zunheboto – 52, Kiphire – 213, Longleng – 10 persons are under home quarantine as on 05:00 pm, today.

A total of 793 persons were screened on April 12, 2020 at different districts of Nagaland.
