No Covid-19 case in Nagaland, 41 tested negative, 4 results awaited | April 04, 2020

Kohima, April 04 (NE): Dr. Vizolie Z Suokhrie, Principal Director, Health and Family Welfare, GoN through Covid-19 bulletin informed that as on 05:00 pm, today, April 04, 2020 there is no positive case of Coronavirus detected in Nagaland.

A total of 45 samples for suspected Covid-19 were sent for test from Nagaland, in which 41 samples tested negative. Four samples results are awaited, informed the Covid-19 bulletin, today.

Principal Director informs that a total of 2630 people including students who have returned since March 06, 2020 have self reported to the respective surveillance team of the District and are under home quarantine and 2817 have already completed home quarantine period, it added.

Nagaland has 173 Isolation beds, said the report. The number of calls received through helpline stands at 45673. At present, twenty Foreigners are present at the state, 848 persons were screened today, added the report.
