NIPF formally launched today at Dimapur

Dimapur, October 26, (NE): The Nagaland Indigenous Peoples’ Forum (NIPF) under aegis of North East Indigenous Peoples’ Forum (NEIPF) has been formally inaugurated today on October 26 at Don Bosco Conference Hall, Dimapur with Shri Anup Chetia from NEIPF as a special guest.

The NIPF as per an official statement said that it has launched to preserve and protect the indigenous people from Nagaland.

In the inaugural function, former Governor of different states in India, Shri SC Jamir and formal Nagaland government bureaucrat, Shri Khekiye Sema along with others attended as dignitaries.

They appraise & gave full support for the indigenous people of the state including North East India.

It is pertinent to note that, NIPF is the Nagaland branch of NEIIPF – who has been raising their voices in United Nations (UN) in International level for North East India indigenous peoples’ rights.
