Kohima, November 27 (NEx): Nagaland recorded a total of 211 recoveries of COVID-19 patients exceeding the total number of new positive cases which is at 1 today, November 27, 2020. The recovery rate is at 87.4%.
The state recorded 211 recoveries taking the total count to 9699, as per an update from Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom. Out of the total recoveries, 125 recovered from Kohima, 84 from Dimapur and 01 each from Mon & Phek.
The state also recorded 31 new Covid-19 cases today taking the total count to 11,091. Among the new cases detected, 14 cases were detected in Dimapur, 13 in Kohima, 03 in Peren and 01 each in Mon & Tuensang, updated Pangnyu. Active cases stands at 1219.

Dimapur- 14, Kohima- 12, Peren- 3, Mon- Tuensang- 1 each.
Also, 211 +ve patients have recovered.
Kohima- 125, Dimapur- 84, Mon- Phek- 1 each.
Total +ve cases- 11091

Among the new cases detected today, 24 cases are from among the traced contacts, 02 among armed forces/ security personnel, 04 are returnees/travellers and 01 front line worker.
Out of the total positive cases in the state, 4535 positive cases are among the Armed Force personnel, which is 45% of the total tally, 1,769 cases are returnees/travellers accounting to 21%, 4266 are traced contacts which is 29% of total cases and 521 front line workers at 05%.
As per the severity of symptoms, 1141 active cases are asymptomatic, and among the symptomatic, 58 active cases are mild, 13 active cases are moderate on oxygen, 05 active cases are critical in ICU with oxygen and 02 are on ventilator. Also, 591 positive cases are under Home isolation in the state, the health department said.
So far, the State has reported fifty seven (57) deaths of COVID-19 patients, Seven (7) deaths of COVID-19 are not related to COVID and three (3) death cases are under investigation and 106 cases of COVID-19 are migrated, informed Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Department.
