Kohima, October 30 (NEx): Nagaland reported 210 recoveries from COVID-19 today, October 30, 2020, out of which, 144 patients recovered from Dimapur, 39 from Mokokchung, 13 from Kohima, 08 from Mon, 03 from Zunheboto, 02 from Peren and 01 from Tuensang, updated the Health Minister. Total recovery tally stands at 7229.
The state also reported 51 new COVID-19 positive cases today, taking the total count in the state to 8945, updated Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom today. Among the new cases detected, 32 cases were detected in Dimapur, 16 in Kohima, 02 in Mokokchung and 01 Tuensang, updated Pangnyu. Active cases stands at 1596.
51 +ve cases of # COVID-19 detected today.

Also, 210 +ve patients have recovered.

Out of the new positive cases reported in the State today, 11 positive cases are among Armed Force personnel/security personnel, 05 returnee/traveller, 32 traced contacts and 03 front line workers, updated the daily COVID bulletin.
Out of the total positive cases in the state, 3878 positive cases are among the Armed Force personnel, which is around 45% of the total tally, 1653 cases are returnees/travellers accounting to 21%, 2978 are traced contacts which is 29% of total cases and 436 front line workers at 05%.
As per the severity of symptoms, 1518 active cases are asymptomatic and among the symptomatic, 57 active cases are mild, 16 cases are moderate on oxygen and 03 severe on oxygen, while, 02 patients are in critical condition in ICU, on ventilator.
So far, the State has reported thirty three (33) deaths of COVID-19 patients. Six (6) deaths of COVID-19 patients are not related to COVID and two (2) death cases are under investigation while 79 cases of COVID-19 are migrated, informed Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Department.
