Kohima, May 28 (NEx): Nagaland reported 192 COVID positive cases, 05 deaths related to COVID-19 and 134 recoveries on Friday, May 28th, 2021, updated the Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom.
With 192 new positive cases on Friday, the total tally of positive cases rose to 21,215 and active cases stands at 4990, the Health Minister updated.
Out of 192 new COVID-19 positive cases reported, 61 cases were detected in Dimapur, 47 in Tuensang, 26 in Kohima, 25 in Phek, 14 in Zunheboto, 05 in Peren, 04 each in Wokha & Mokokchung, 03 in Longleng, 02 in Kiphire and 01 in Mon, Pangnyu said.
Also, the state recorded 134 recoveries of COVID-19 patients, taking the total recovery tally in the state to 15,258.
Out of the 134 recoveries, 65 patients recovered from Dimapur, 38 from Kohima, 11 from Mokokchung, 09 from Phek, 07 from Peren and 04 from Zunheboto, the Health Minister updated.
192 +ve cases of COVID-19 reported today.
Dimapur-61, Tuensang-47, Kohima-26, Phek-25, Zunheboto-14, Peren-5, Wokha-Mokokchung-4 each, Longleng-3, Kiphire-2, Mon-1.
134 +ve patients have recovered.
Dimapur-65, Kohima-38, Mokokchung-11, Phek-9, Peren-7, Zunheboto-4.

The state also reported 05 deaths related to COVID-19 on Friday, taking the death toll to 331. Out of 05 deaths, 03 are from Dimapur and 02 from Kohima, updated the daily covid bulletin.
