Kohima, November 04 (NEx): Nagaland reported 148 recoveries from COVID-19 today, November 04, out of which, 134 patients recovered from Dimapur, 12 from Kohima and 01 each from Mokokchung & Mon, updated the Health Minister. Total recovery tally stands at 7934.
The state also reported 56 new COVID-19 positive cases today, taking the total count in the state to 9207, updated Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom today. Among the new cases detected, 27 cases were detected in Dimapur, 24 in Kohima, 02 each in Mon & Tuensang and 01 in Phek, updated Pangnyu. Active cases stands at 1143.

Dimapur- 27, Kohima- 24, Mon-Tuensang- 2 each, Phek- 1.
Also, 148 +ve patients have recovered.
Dimapur- 134, Kohima- 12, Mokokchung- Mon- 1 each.

Out of the 56 new positive cases reported in the State today, 02 positive cases are among armed forces/security personnel, 06 returnees and 48 traced contacts, updated the daily COVID bulletin.
Out of the total positive cases in the state, 3,977 positive cases are among the Armed Force personnel, which is around 45% of the total tally, 1664 cases are returnees/travellers accounting to 21%, 3120 are traced contacts which is 29% of total cases and 446 front line workers at 05%.
As per the severity of symptoms, 1091 active cases are asymptomatic, and among the symptomatic, 34 active cases are mild, 08 active cases are moderate on oxygen, 06 active cases are severe on oxygen, 04 active cases are critical in ICU, on ventilator.
So far, the State has reported thirty eight (38) deaths of COVID-19 patients. Six (6) deaths of COVID-19 patients are not related to COVID and three (3) death cases are under investigation while 83 cases of COVID-19 are migrated, informed Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Department.
