Kohima, November 20 (NE): Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio, today launched a citizen engagement platform, MyGov Nagaland in New Delhi. With this launch Nagaland becomes the 10th state to launch MyGov platform.
MyGov Nagaland (https://nagaland.mygov.in/) is a citizen engagement digital platform, an innovative way to build partnership between citizens and government; giving opportunities to people to work towards governance with their ideas and grass root level contribution.
Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio said, the citizen engagement in governance will result in development and good governance. On behalf of the Govt. of Nagaland, CM also thanks IT Ministry Secretary, GoI, MyGov CEO, Chief Secretary, GoN for making this possible.
Chief Secretary, Government of Nagaland, Temjen Toy, the Chairman of the launching event held at Nagaland House, New Delhi, gave a welcome note followed by an overview of MyGov platform by CEO MyGov, Abhishek Singh, IAS. Short address was given by IT Ministry Secretary, GoI, Ajay Prakash Sawhney.
