More than hundreds of vehicles bound for Nagaland stranded at Assam: Help required

Dimapur, December 12 (NE): On December eleven, a combine effort of Police from: Mokokchung, Mon & Assam could safely escort around ninety vehicles bound for Nagaland during the bandh at Jorhat and Sibsagar district, Assam.

In the same news, NagalandExpress has got information that about hundred Nagaland bound passengers including patients and children are stranded somewhere at Nirangi station outskirts of Guwahati city without food and water because of the ongoing agitation. The train boarded moved from Guwahati station towards Dimapur station at noon today but unluckily stopped by the agitators and is not allowed to go ahead or go back to Guwahati. Many people are starving not forgetting patients. In this regard, few citizens requested to share this news as much as possible so that some solution might come.

Meanwhile, a joint control room #7085055050 has been set up as an additional helpline for stranded individuals bound for Dimapur in view of the CAB related bandh in Assam, as per the information recieved here.
