Kohima, May 28 (NEx): The Deputy Commissioner of Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS informed that the District Task Force for COVID-19 Vaccination Mon will be organizing a Drive- through Vaccination Camp for beneficiaries who are 45 years and above, Front Line Workers (FLWs) or Health Care Workers (HCWs) on May 31st, 2021 at the Local Ground Mon Town from 10 AM till 3 PM.
The DC informed that the beneficiaries are to Drive-in to the Vaccination Camp (Local Ground) in their own Cars. Only Four-Wheelers are allowed and not more than 2 (Two) passengers will be allowed in the car. No walk-ins will be allowed, he added.
The guidelines also said that all beneficiaries are to wear mask at all times and social distancing should be followed.
It also said that onsite registration will be done, and the following documents are to be produced:
*For beneficiaries aged 45 years and above, Photo ID should be produced.
*For beneficiaries who are HCWs & FLWs, Employment Certificate should be produced.
After getting vaccinated, the beneficiaries are instructed to park their car and wait for 30 minutes for monitoring of side eftects, if any.
In case anyone feel uneasy, they are to honk twice to alert the Medical Staff who will approach them, the DC said.
