Kuki Tribal Union Erects Memorial Stone At Hebron In Memory Of 4 Martyrs

Kohima, November 26 (NEx): The Kuki Tribal Union (KTU), NSCN/GPRN erected a memorial stone at the KTU office compound, CHq Hebron today, November 26, 2020.

A press release from the NSCN said that the monument was erected in memory of four (4) martyrs of KTU, NSCN/GPRN who gave their precious lives on different occasions for the cause of the Naga nation.

The monolith was unveiled by Maj. Retd. Hutovi Chishi, Convener of the Steering Committee and the monolith dedication prayer was pronounced by Rev. Joseph Ruivah, President of the Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC) in the presence of Mr. Lh. Paohao, President of KTU and a host of NSCN/GPRN leaders and members, said the press release.

A Kuki traditional shawl was presented to the Convener of the Steering Committee by the KTU President and his wife and a sumptuous Kuki traditional meal was served to the members present at the program by the KTU.
