Dimapur, December 5 (NE): After much successful run of Hornbill Music Festival 2018 with MONT, this year 2019 Hallyu line up was out with a huge full crowd gathering seen yesternight, December four, while some even got free passes for the said event. The line up also included Korean singer, LiveYubin.

K-pop musical night started with an exhortation by Imnatiba, Advisor Labour & Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

He also looked back through the annals of musical to 50s 60s & 80s musical that held sway over society, how music was so precious in the late 70s and 90s but thanks to the human advent- technological creation such as radio, television & internet which made it possible for music to diffuse widely among the general populace.

Music has power to pre- impact emotionally, culturally, economically, he added. He also exhorted all the members that musical freedom has come readily only because of the Democratic field of the government in Nagaland and South Korea that are now connecting with each other closely due to the hallyu wave currently sweeping across Nagaland and the world.

The opening was done by a colour-T traditional song of Nagas who also got an opportunity to perform a national anthem in hornbill festival 2014 when our hon’ble PM Narendra Modi visited.

K-Pop Idols group MustB performed on the stage, which is a five-member boy group that debuted in December 2018 with the track, “I want U”. .
