The JAC appreciated the efforts of the team, despite challenges, in helping stranded citizens coming from different states of the country and the massive task of safely relocating them to their respective Districts to ensure their safety.
The committee appealed the authority to decide on future plans basing on realities and the standing guidelines of the Govt. in coordination with all stakeholders, and also mentioned that sending of returnees to Peren District without confirmation of test results at entry point, as directed by the GoN on May 27, 2020, will not be accepted.
