Hornbill Music Festival gets ‘experiential’ to amplify the collective music experience

Dimapur, November 27 (NE): Hornbill Music Festival (HMF) has been rebranded to Experiential Music Festival to amplify the collective music experience, this year with it’s main focus not only to enjoy music but also experience different music.

Event group, Live Now Events, Director Atsung Jamir along with their team in a press meet held at Hotel Saramati, Dimapur, announced the artistes list and details of Hornbill Music Festival (HMF) 2019 to be held at Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Dimapur from December 1st to 10th.

To make this year’s HMF a truly experiential festival, 2019 line up of artists come from truly diverse backgrounds, genres and cultures. This year, HMF’s emphasis is in being inclusive and diverse, letting the world know that we have what it takes to be India’s biggest music festival.

Besides the showcase performances and evening concerts, festival-goers can also look forward to an exciting array of activities throughout the day, including a day stage event where exciting prizes as well as some engagement opportunities with some favourite musicians can be won.

Day stage activities include-
The Soloist happening on 6th December at Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Dimapur at 3:00 PM where anyone can get the opportunity to win an EPIPHONE acoustic guitar and some goodies.

Ultimate Beatbox Beatdown event happening on December 5th at Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Dimapur at 2:00 PM.

A fantasy for many- Hot Air Balloon Rides! This amazing balloon ride will provide a 360-degree view of the HMF 2019 venue while also getting the opportunity to witness an unusual sight of sunrise or sunset which will truly be a memorable experience.

The delectable indigenous Naga dishes and multi-cuisine menus which will be available at the numerous food stalls and even some of the exciting fun food competitions.

Invites from international artist and band like The Classic rock show from London ,DJ Ultra from Ukraine will perform on the last day.

Day 1 :
Crossroads- more towards Christian artistes and band.
Christian artist also have very strong presence in nagaland.

Day 2 :
Infinity and Beyond-
HMF not only to promote the musician but also giving Chance to music producer, event manager and technical industry which will actually be a day of collaboration with Infinity inc. an artist management agency in Nagaland.

Day 3:
Exclusive night of Indie-Music : ‘Indie- pendent.

Day 4:
Hallyu Nite for K- Pop fans.

Day 5:
Red Bull Night- Producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist, Dualist Inquiry supported by Ape Echoes.

Day 6:
Choral Musicians of Nagaland.

Day 7:
Perfect Strangers- winner of the 2018 Hornbill International Rock Contest.

Day 8:
One of India’s top folk-rock band, “Swarathma” who is definitely going to break new grounds and introduce folk-rock.

Day 9:
Girish And The Chronicles (GATC), classic rock.

Day 10:
“The Classic Rock Show”, a world class band all the way from London known for their legendary live shows.

Ticket rate is Rs 200 per day but for very high posting event like K-Pop artist it will be 1000 and 500 with 2 segregate seats. For front seat 1000 and the normal seat 500.
