DTF Peren issues directives for strict compliance and adherence

Peren, March 24 (NE): The District Task Force for COVID-19, Peren issued the following directives for strict compliance and adherence, on March 23, 2020, in continuation to various instructions, orders & advisories issued by the govt and with reference to the Chief secretary dated March 21, 2020 and in exercise of the power conferred by the Nagaland Epidemic Disease (COVID-19) Regulations, 2020.

Immediate closure of all shops in crowded areas except those dealing with shops/outlets dealing with food grains, vegetable, food items, medicines and other essential items and goods till further orders.

Immediate closure of all dine-in- restaurant, dhabas, eateries or any food joints throughout the District till further orders. However, any such outlets may may keep its kitchen open for home delivery or takeaways, provided all health safety measures are followed strictly.

Immediate closure of all departmental stores, gyms, beauty parlours, salons/barbar shops and all such shops till further orders

Immediate restriction of public entry into banks, financial institution, except for very essential and Emergency activities like passing of govt bills and payment of users charge and fees, withdrawal of cash for urgent purposes and other such needs. All banks should adhere to the health advisory on prevention and spread of COVID-19.

Anybody or any establishment found violating the above directives will be penalized under appropriate section of the law.
