Kohima, April 10 (NE): Dimapur District Administration (DDA) in collaboration with Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU) under the supervision of Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) Tsidi distributed essential food items to around 890 stranded students especially to those staying in rent without parents and hostellers.
Through a Press Release, the DNSU appreciated the Government for responding promptly to the needs of the students. DNSU also acknowledges the Muslim Council Dimapur (MCD) for contributing essential food items to around 100 students in need and other organisations involved in helping the students’ community.
Further, the Union committed to continue extending its fullest cooperation to the district administration and all other governmental agencies and NGOs in fighting COVID-19 and asked the genuine stranded students to give their details such as Name, Phone No., Name of the College/School, Class, hostel/rent, address/House. No., Problem, to the given DNSU Help desk numbers below and avail ration.
