Deputy CM lays foundation stone of Engineering college at Tzurangsa, Mokokchung

Dimapur, December 12 (NE): Deputy Chief Minister, Government of Nagaland (GoN), Shri Y. Patton laid the Foundation Stone of the Professional College of Nagaland (Engineering College), at Tzurangsa, Mokokchung District, today, December twelve in the presence of Minister, Department of Higher & Technical Education and Tribal Affairs, GoN, Shri Temjen Imna Along.
They were accompanied by other Ministers and Advisors: Shri Kazheto Kinimi, Shri Tovihoto Ayemi and Dr Longriken with other delegates.

The Deputy Chief Minister in his speech, congratulated the entire team and thanked the local area for giving the privilege in creating such important institute and asked them to work hard.

According to an information, this is the first-ever Professional College of Nagaland. An important initiative by the GoN, under RUSA to help the students pursue technical courses within the State. This will encourage students to take up professional courses without going far from their homes.

Shri Temjen Imna Along, thanked all the members of RUSA and GoN for taking up such project. He further expressed gratitude for taking up lots of positive changes for Nagaland & beyond, under the able leadership of the PM of India, Shri. Narendra Modi.
