DC Mon appeals for participation through online vote for two projects for SKOCH National Governance Award

Dimapur, February 27 (NE): Two initiatives of Mon District Administration has been shortlisted for competing under SKOCH National Governance Award 2020. Giving out through an appeal on social media platforms, Deputy Commissioner, Mon, Government of Nagaland, Shri Thavaseelan, IAS on February Twenty Six said that there are only two nominations from Nagaland.

NagalandExpress has received the appeal made by DC Mon on February Twenty Six. According to Shri Thavaseelan, the presentation to a distinguished jury is now complete. But the nomination is open for Popular Online Voting from February Twenty Six. The two projects as mentioned are: Skill Mon Mission (Serial No: 53) and Financially Inclusive, Mon (Serial No: 54)

He continued, “You can vote for only One initiative at a time. To vote for the next initiative you need to clear the cookies by way of clearing browser history. You can then vote for the other initiative as well. Voting is open only till 11 am on 28 February, 2020. Mon District Administration will be grateful for your support, Thank you.” – unquote.

So far the two initiatives of Nagaland have received 23 and 16 votes respectively. The initiatives of the Mon district in Nagaland can be found in serial number 53 & 54. There are 71 initiatives competing for SKOCH National Governance Awards 2020.
