Cyclone Nakri to bring Nagaland’s climate favorable from November 14

Our Bureau:

Dimapur, November 13 (NE): In perhaps to be called as news, an American Government weather forecast reports that Nagaland including North East India perhaps will see a favorable climate only from November fourteen starting tomorrow.

In one of a unique situation, a cyclone that has created strong waves in many parts of Asia, originated from Thailand – this cyclone Nakri (name derived from a certain flower of Thailand), will re-emerge in Bay of Bengal by November fourteen to revive the North East monsoon along Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

Many cyclone & others were to be regarded as dangerous; but this time, it is all different as it brings a big sigh of relief particularly to the southern states of India – making North East monsoon all clear, to welcome the real winter season in this part of the country.

Nevertheless, it will be seen as of now, untill any other cyclone to effect the nature side particularly Nagaland during this time of the year round.

It is pertinent to note that due to various cyclonic effects, North East India including Nagaland were seen in torrential rains with floods all around.
