COVID-19: 16 new positive cases and 2 recovery in Nagaland on June 27

Nagaland COVID-19 status: 16 new positive cases and 2 recovery in Nagaland on June 27, informed Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom.

Kohima, June 27 (NE): Nagaland reported sixteen (16) new COVID-19 positive cases today, June 27, 2020, taking the total count in the State to 387. Two more patients were also reported to have recovered from COVID-19 in Nagaland.

Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom updated on the four new cases of COVID-19 reported from Dimapur quarantine centre at 09:30 am, today. A total of 393 samples result were received, he added.

Another update from Pangnyu at 02:41 pm today informed on the twelve new COVID-19 positive cases from Mon district. A total of 29 samples result were received from ICMR Dibrugarh, he said.

Further at 05:41 pm, Health Minister updated about the two patients who were undergoing treatment at Dimapur and tested negative for COVID-19 today. With this two recovery, a total of 164 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in Nagaland, as on 05:41 pm today.

The total confirmed COVID-19 positive cases in Nagaland reached 387. With 164 recovery, active cases in the state stands at 223.
