Closing Ceremony of Hindi Fortnight to be held online

Kohima, September 26 (NEx): The Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) Kohima will be organizing the closing ceremony of Hindi fortnight on September 28, 2020 at 12:00 PM at the conference hall of the office of the Accountant General (Audit) Kohima. The ceremony will be held online (MS Team) and the link will be provided one day before the programme through e-mail.

Chairman, TOLIC Kohima and Pr. Accountant General, Nagaland, E. Mhonbemo Patton will inaugurate the ceremony which will be attended by all the Heads of Central Government offices, Nationalized banks, Public sector undertakings and Para military forces including their family members stationed at Kohima.

Patton and other dignitaries will highlight the significance of Rajbhasha Hindi and there will be a special announcement of appreciation and prize distribution for the winners of various Hindi competitions which was organized during Hindi Fortnight from September 14-23, 2020 for both Hindi and Non- Hindi categories. The other highlights of the programme will be Hindi songs by the members of TOLIC Kohima.
