Dimapur, June 12 (NE): Vehicular traffic restriction in Dimapur, in view of the special train arrival to Dimapur railway station on June 13, 2020, carrying stranded citizens of Nagaland from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andra Pradesh.
An order issued by Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, Rothihu Tetseo, IPS said that in view of the special train arrival at Dimapur railway station, all vehicular traffic will be restricted within Dimapur town, one hour prior and four hours post the arrival of the special train along the designated route from Dimapur railway station to Agri Expo, 4th mile (via Traffic control zone-1 – Hotel Theja Fort, through under the fly over – Burma Camp Jn – Veterinary Jn – old Dhansiri Bridge – Purana Bazar Jn – T. K Service, 2 1/2 mile to Agri Expo, 4th mile).

However, in case of early/late arrival of the special train, vehicular traffic restriction shall be enforced accordingly one hour prior and four hours post arrival.
Further, CP, Dimapur made an appeals to all for necessary cooperation in the general interest of Public Safety.
