Kohima, November 25 (NEx): The football legend Diego Maradona of Argentina has passed away after suffering a heart attack today, November 25, 2020. He was 60.
Diego Maradona was the famous football player, who led Argentina to the victory of 1986 World Cup. He had celebrated his 60th Birthday on October 30.
According to reports, Maradona had undergone a surgery for a brain clot, but he passed away while recovering at his home.
Following his demise, the President of Argentina Alberto Fernandez has declared three days of national mourning in Argentina, as per reports.
The President of Argentina condole the demise of the football legend and said, “You took us to the top of the world. You made us immensely happy. You were the greatest of them all. We will miss you for life.”
