‘Nana: A Tale of Us’ won Best Film Northeast at Prag Cine Awards 2021

Kohima, January 30 (NEx): ‘Nana- A tale of us’, Nagamese film directed by Tiakümzük Aier bagged the Best Film North East Award at the Prag Cine Awards 2021 held today, January 30, 2021 at Guwahati in Assam.

‘Nana- A tale of us’, a Nagamese drama, directed by Tiakümzük Aier and produced by Aoyimti Youth Ministry won the Best Film Northeast at Prag Cine Awards 2021. The film starring Zhokhoi Chuzho, Mengu Suokhrie, Watipongla Kichu, Ariensa Longchar and Bokavi Swu was released on July 18, 2017.

Besides best film, the best actor Northeast, Actress and Director were also nominated from Nagaland; Mengu Suokhrie was nominated for best Actress in North East India, Zhokhoi Chuzho for best actor in North East India and Tiakumzuk Aier, as best Director in North east India at Prag Cine Awards 2021.

Prag Cine Awards is a prestigious award show hosted every year in the Northeast India, celebrating the contributions of artists towards the entertainment industry. Having started in the year 2003, Prag Cine Awards marks it’s 19th year this time. This year the event is being held at Guwahati in Assam.
