Kohima, July 20 (NEx): Nagaland recorded 94 new COVID positive cases and 72 recoveries on Tuesday, July 20th, 2021. Active cases stands at 1160 and there were 2 deaths related to COVID-19 today, the health department updated.
94 new COVID-19 positive cases recorded on July 20th:
With 94 new positive cases on Tuesday, the total tally of positive cases stands at 26,838. Out of 94 new COVID-19 positive cases reported, 43 cases were detected in Dimapur, 34 in Kohima, 7 in Mokokchung, 4 in Wokha, 2 in Longleng and 1 each in Mon, Phek, Tuensang & Zunheboto.
72 COVID recoveries recorded on July 20th:
The state also recorded 72 recoveries on Tuesday, taking the total recovery tally in the state to 24,393. Out of 72 recoveries, 26 recovered from Mokokchung, 21 from Kohima, 17 from Dimapur, 4 from Longleng, 3 from Mon and 1 from Peren.
2 deaths reported on July 20th:
2 (two) deaths due to COVID-19 was also reported in the State today, taking the death toll to 518. The 2 deaths are from Dimapur, the health department updated.
