Kohima, November 02 (NEx): Nagaland reported 152 recoveries from COVID-19 today, November 02, out of which, 140 patients recovered from Dimapur, 10 from Kohima and 02 from Mon, updated the Health Minister. Total recovery tally stands at 7606.
The state also reported 21 new COVID-19 positive cases today, taking the total count in the state to 9,096, updated Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom today. Among the new cases detected, 12 cases were detected in Kohima, 08 in Dimapur and 01 in Mokokchung, updated Pangnyu. Active cases stands at 1363.

Also, 152 +ve patients have recovered.

Out of the 21 new positive cases reported in the State today, 18 positive cases are among traced contacts and 03 are front line workers, updated the daily COVID bulletin.
Out of the total positive cases in the state, 3,950 positive cases are among the Armed Force personnel, which is around 45% of the total tally, 1658 cases are returnees/travellers accounting to 21%, 3043 are traced contacts which is 29% of total cases and 445 front line workers at 05%.
As per the severity of symptoms, 1,296 active cases are asymptomatic, and among the symptomatic, 42 active cases are mild, 12 active cases are moderate on oxygen, 6 active cases are severe on oxygen, 6 active cases are critical with oxygen and 1 active case is on ventilator.
So far, the State has reported thirty six (36) deaths of COVID-19 patients. Six (6) deaths of COVID-19 patients are not related to COVID and two (2) death cases are under investigation while 83 cases of COVID-19 are migrated, informed Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Department.
