Kohima, October 29 (NEx): Nagaland reported 150 recoveries from COVID-19 today, October 29, 2020, out of which, 102 patients recovered from Dimapur, 34 from Kohima, 05 each from Mon & Peren, and 04 from Zunheboto, updated the Health Minister. Total recovery tally stands at 7019.
The state also reported 70 new COVID-19 positive cases today, taking the total count in the state to 8894, updated Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom today. Among the new cases detected, 46 cases were detected in Dimapur, 19 in Kohima, 03 in Mon and 01 each in Longleng & Zunheboto, updated Pangnyu. Active cases stands at 1758.
70 +ve cases of # COVID-19 detected today.
Dimapur- 46, Kohima- 19, Mon- 3, Longleng-Zunheboto- 1 each.
Also, 150 +ve patients have recovered.

Out of the new positive cases reported in the State today, 24 positive cases are among Armed Force personnel/security personnel, 06 returnee/traveller and 40 traced contacts, updated the daily COVID bulletin.
Out of the total positive cases in the state, 3867 positive cases are among the Armed Force personnel, which is around 45% of the total tally, 1648 cases are returnees/travellers accounting to 21%, 2946 are traced contacts which is 29% of total cases and 433 front line workers at 05%.
As per the severity of symptoms, 1668 active cases are asymptomatic and among the symptomatic, 56 active cases are mild, 20 cases are moderate on oxygen and 04 severe on oxygen, while, 10 patients are in critical condition in ICU, out of which, 06 patients are with oxygen and 04 on ventilator.
So far, the State has reported twenty nine (29) deaths of COVID-19 patients. Six (6) deaths of COVID-19 patients are not related to COVID and five (5) death cases are under investigation while 77 cases of COVID-19 are migrated, informed Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Department.
