Nagaland records 13 deaths & 117 COVID positive cases on May 31st

Kohima, May 31 (NEx): Nagaland reported 117 COVID positive cases, 13 deaths related to COVID-19 and 215 recoveries on Monday, May 31st, 2021, updated the Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom.With 117 new positive cases on Monday, the total tally of positive cases rose to 21,680 and active cases stands at 4934, the Health Minister updated.Out of 117 new COVID-19 positive cases reported, 47 cases were detected in Kohima, 33 in Dimapur, 9 in Mokokchung, 7 each in Zunheboto and Wokha, 06 in Mon, 07, 05 in Kiphire, and 01 each in Longleng, Phek and Tuensang, Pangnyu said.Also, the state recorded 215 recoveries of COVID-19 patients, taking the total recovery tally in the state to 15738.Out of the 215 recoveries, 128 patients recovered from Dimapur, 36 from Kohima, 12 from Zunheboto, 11 each from Longleng and Phek, 9 from Mon, 3 each from Kiphire and Mokokchung, and 2 from Peren district, the Health Minister updated.https://twitter.com/pangnyu/status/1399350592825270279?s=19The state also reported 13 deaths related to COVID-19 on Monday, taking the death toll to 363.
