Kohima, January 22 (NE): Nagaland delegates led by the Chief Minister Shri Neiphiu Rio called on Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at New Delhi, today, January 22, 2020.
Nagaland Chief Minister was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister, Shri, Y Patton, Minster for Higher and Technical Education, and Tribal Affairs, Shri. Temjen Imna Along, Minister for Transport, Civil Aviation, Railways & Land Resources, Shri. P Paiwang Konyak and others. Various issues relating to the development activities in the state and the way ahead were discussed during the meeting with PM Modi.
Nagaland Trans Highway (Foothill Road), Cheithu Airport, Incomplete projects under erstwhile SPA, Non release of payments to IRB by the West Bengal Govt, and many other issues were discussed with the Hon’ble PM at Delhi, said a notification from Minister P Paiwang Konyak.
