Kohima, July 24 (NEx): Nagaland COVID-19 positive tally rises to 1237, with 63 new cases today, July 24, 2020, updated Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom at 11:36 am.
Taking to twitter, Pangnyu Phom updated that, out of 372 samples tested, 63 new COVID-19 positive cases have been confirmed.
Among the new COVID-19 confirmed positive cases, 41 cases are in Dimapur, 21 in Kohima, and 1 in Peren – updates the Health Minister, today.

With 63 new cases, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 positive cases in Nagaland rises to 1237 today. Among the confirmed cases, 530 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and the active cases in the state now stands at 707. The state has not reported fatalities due to COVID-19.
Among the 707 active COVID-19 cases in Nagaland, 336 patients are undergoing treatment at Dimapur, 189 at Kohima, 91 at Mon, 59 at Peren, 5 at Tuensang, 9 at Phek and 5 at Mokokchung, 3 at Longleng, 8 at Zunheboto and 1 at Wokha district.
Kiphire district in Nagaland is the only COVID-19 free district with zero case till today.
