Kohima, May 01 (NE): Nagaland Covid-19 patient with a traveling history from Kolkata, was discharged from Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) today, May 01, 2020. His last test result came negative for Covid-19.
Taking to twitter, Assam Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma said, one patient of Nagaland admitted at GMCH, Guwahati is also being discharged along with three patients from Assam.
Glad that 3 more patients are being discharged today.

Additionally, one patient of Nagaland admitted at GMCH, Ghy is also being discharged.

He was referred to Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) due to severe symptoms of suspected Covid-19 from Nagaland on April 11, 2020 and tested positive for Covid-19 in GMCH on April 12, 2020.
Earlier, as informed by Health & Family Welfare, Secretary, Kesonyu Yhome on April 23, 2020, his second test result was negative for Covid-19 and the third test result came out positive for Covid-19 in Guwahati.
Nagaland, as on 03:00 pm, May 01, 2020, has collected a total of 664 suspected samples for Covid-19 out of which 650 tested negative and 14 results are waited, said the Covid-19 bulletin.
While informing on the persons under quarantine in Nagaland, it stated that 29 persons are under facility quarantine at present and 6339 persons have completed home quarantine period.
