Kohima, July 11 (NEx): Nagaland has reported 5 new COVID-19 positive cases in Tuensang district also 9 patients who were undergoing treatment at Tuensang District Hospital recovered from COVID-19, informed Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom.
With five new COVID-19 positive cases, total number of confirmed positive cases in Tuensang rises to 41, in which, 16 patients have recovered from COVID-19, active case in the District now stands at 25.
Taking to twitter Pangnyu said, 5 more positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed from Tuensang and another 9 COVID-19 Patients have recovered from Tuensang COVID-19 Care Centre. However, they will be kept under strict surveillance, tweets Health Minister.

With new 5 cases, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 positive case in Nagaland rises to 748 today. Among the confirmed cases, 313 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and the active case in the state now stands at 435.
Among the 435 active COVID-19 cases in Nagaland, 82 patients are undergoing treatment at Dimapur, 94 at Kohima, 76 at Mon, 140 at Peren, 25 at Tuensang, 1 at Wokha, 13 at Phek and 4 at Mokokchung district.
