Kohima, June 09 (NE): Nagaland reported five (5) new COVID-19 positive cases today, June 9, 2020 taking the total count in the state to 127. Taking to twitter, Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said, Nagaland has 119 active cases as on 09:00 am today.

Out of 127 total cases reported in the state, 100 patients are undergoing treatment at Dimapur, 21 at Kohima, 5 at Tuensang and 1 at Peren.
Nagaland reported its first COVID-19 recovery as eight (8) patients tested negative on June 06, 2020. Active cases in the state stands at 119.
Among the new 5 cases reported today, 4 patients are from Dimapur Quarantine centre and 1 from Kohima quarantine centre.
All the COVID-19 cases reported in the state so far, are imported, from among the stranded citizens of Nagaland who returned from Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Gurugram, Haryana.
