Kohima, May 13 (NEx): Nagaland reported 366 new COVID-19 positive cases and 12 deaths on Thursday, May 13th, 2021. The states total COVID positive tally rose to 17,256, updated the Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom.
Out of 366 new COVID-19 positive cases reported, 164 cases were detected in Dimapur, 128 in Kohima, 13 in Mokokchung, 12 each in Wokha & Zunheboto, 10 in Kiphire, 09 in Mon, 07 in Phek, 05 in Tuensang and 03 each in Peren & Longleng. Active cases stands at 3551.
Also, the state recorded 91 recoveries of COVID-19 patients, taking the total recovery tally in the state to 12,968, updated the Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom.
Out of the 91 recoveries today, 66 patients recovered from Dimapur, 10 from Mon, 08 from Kohima, 06 from Mokokchung and 01 from Zunheboto , the Health Minister updated.
The state also reported 12 deaths due to COVID-19 under Dimapur district on May 13, 2021, taking death toll to 166, the Health department data stated.
