Kohima, November 15 (NEx): The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa, NCS, today, ordered the sealing of Nagaland Civil Secretariat Office Complex, Kohima, in view of the detection of a number of COVID-19 positive cases.
The ADC notified that the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Office Complex, Kohima is declared as a SEALED AREA with effect from Monday, November 16, 2020, for a period of 48 (Forty Eight) hours, as per the guidelines on preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 in workplace settings issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services (EMR Division), Govt. Of India, Dated June 4th, 2020.
Meanwhile, the ADC informed that fumigation of the premises is to be done and aggressive contact tracing will be initiated following all health Safety measures and SOPs of the Government.
The sealed area is mapped and cordoned off and the public and all concerned are advised to follow all safety precautions of wearing masks all the time, frequently washing hands and maintain social/physical distances to ensure public hygiene and personal safety within the proximity of the sealed area, the ADC notified.
