Kohima, March 03 (NE): The Department of Higher Education, Government of Nagaland is organizing a statewide launching programme of ‘Interactive Digital Smart Board for Smart Classroom’ on March 04, 2020 at Kohima Science College (Autonomous) Jotsoma.
Nagaland Chief Minister, Shri Neiphiu Rio will launch the ‘Interactive Digital Smart Board’ statewide along with Shri Temjen Imna Along, Minister for Higher & Technical Education and Tribal Affairs, Government of Nagaland in a programme scheduled to be held in KSC Auditorium, Jotsoma at 10:00 am.
Interactive Digital Smart Board will not only improve the quality of education in the government-run Institutions by way of providing a 360° learning experience, but will also enhance the accountability of the teachers. The move is part of the ministry of human resources development “operation digital board” initiative by government of India.
It is important to note that Nagaland is among the few states to launch this Smart Classroom program. Many people congratulates Minister, Shri. Temjen Imna Along and the PDA government for the effort to make learning smart & easy through the use of technologies.
