Kohima, May 05 (NE): The Department of School Education (DoSE), government of Nagaland through a notification directed all regular Graduate Teachers (State Cadre) serving under the Department of School Education (DoSE) to submit their documents within 7 days.
The notification issued by Principal Director, Shanavas C, IAS said, ‘All regular Graduate Teachers (State Cadre) serving under the Department of School Education (DoSE), Nagaland are hereby directed to submit scanned copies of the following documents through email to the address ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ within 7 days without fail.’
On failure to do so, information from Graduate Teachers seniority list 2012 will be used for compilation of incumbency, it said.
Lists of the documents required to submit:
– First Appointment Order
– Regularization Order( If applicable)
– GT Scale Of Pay Sanction Order( In case of PT to GT scale upgradation)
– HSLC Admit Card ( for age proof)
– Graduation Certificate
– Professional Degree( B.Ed.) Certificate
Omission or commission of incumbent(s) in the list shall not be considered for updating after the aforesaid final date of submission is over, added the notification issued today, May 05, 2020.
