Kohima, July 01: Nagaland detected twenty one (21) new COVID-19 positive cases today, July 01, 2020, taking the total number of positive cases in the state to 480.
Taking to twitter, Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said, out of 199 samples tested for COVID-19, twenty one (21) new positive cases were confirmed.
Out of the 21 positive cases for COVID-19, 10 patients are from Peren Quarantine Centre, 8 from Phek Quarantine Centre, 2 from Kohima Quarantine Centre and 1 from Dimapur Quarantine Centre – tweeted Pangnyu at 10:20 am today.
With twenty one (21) new COVID-19 positive cases, the total number of confirmed cases rises to 480 today. Among the confirmed cases, 168 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and the active cases in the state stands at 312, updated Health Minister.
21 new positive cases of COVID-19 have detected out of 199 samples tested.

Among the 312 active COVID-19 cases in Nagaland, 54 patients are undergoing treatment at Dimapur, 94 at Kohima, 38 at Mon, 93 at Peren, 20 at Tuensang, 3 at Zunheboto 9 at Phek and 1 at Mokokchung district.
