Kohima, June 29 (NE): Nagaland detected nineteen (19) new COVID-19 positive cases today, June 29, 2020, taking the total number of positive cases in the state to 434.
Taking to twitter, Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said, out of 322 samples tested for COVID-19, nineteen (19) new positive cases were confirmed.
Out of the 19 positive cases for COVID-19, 18 patients are from Jakhama Quarantine Centre and 1 from Peren Quarantine centre- tweeted Pangnyu at 09:50 am today.
With nineteen (19) new COVID-19 positive cases, the total number of confirmed cases rises to 434 today. Among the confirmed cases, 164 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and the active cases in the state stands at 270, updated Health Minister.
19 new cases of COVID-19 +ve have reported out of 322 samples tested.
18 from Jakhama QC & 1 from Peren QC.

Among the 270 active COVID-19 cases in Nagaland, 55 patients are undergoing treatment at Dimapur, 87 at Kohima, 38 at Mon, 83 at Peren, 3 at Tuensang, 3 at Zunheboto and 1 at Phek district.
