Kohima, May 30 (NE): Chumliba R, secured first rank in Nagaland Board of School Education, Class 12 (HSSLC) examination 2020 in Arts stream with an overall 92.00% marks.
Chumliba is a student of Loyola Higher Secondary School, Kiphire. He secured top in HSSLC (Arts stream) Exam 2020 in the state under NBSE.
Son of Royemkiu and Sutsachi, Chumliba is the third child among five siblings.
Rev. Fr. Dr. Joe Mariadhas, Principal, Loyola Higher Secondary School said in a notification that, Chumliba is a humble and studious student of the school, who grabbed every opportunity to bring out his best. His obedience and God-fearing nature brought him up to this height. He will always be remembered in the annuals of Loyola Higher Secondary School, said the notification.
In another success story for Loyola Higher Secondary School, another Class 12 (HSSLC 2020) student grabbed the 8th rank among the top 20 in Arts stream. Ayushi Pathak shared the 8th rank in HSSLC 2020 Arts stream exam with three other students who also secured 87.80% marks.
Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has declared the results for HSLC and HSSlC board examinations 2020 this afternoon at around 02:00 pm.
A total of 11598 students appeared the HSSLC examination 2020 (Arts Stream), which includes 1708 repeaters. Out of this, 8335 students qualified. Overall qualified students percentage for HSSLC Arts Stream in Nagaland is 71.87%.
