Casio Piano Clubs at Nagaland soon: TaFMA

Dimapur, February 15 (NE): Casio India announces ‘Casio Piano Clubs’ for all the districts of Nagaland, phase wise, today, February Fifteen at a meeting with TaFMA.

Disclosing through a notification it said that a meeting between the Advisor TaFMA, Government of Nagaland, Shri Theja Meru and Shri Kulbhushan Seth, Vice President – SAARC Countries, Casio India has agreed to launch its “Casio Piano Clubs” in all the districts of Nagaland, phase wise. Shri Kulbhushan Seth said that Casio tied-up with TaFMA in this initiative of taking quality music education to every corner of Nagaland.

Through this initiative of Casio, Music Schools will get ‘Master Music Trainers’ visiting the institutes to conduct ‘Master Classes’, and Casio equipments at special discounted rates. TaFMA will identify existing music schools in the districts and help tie-up for Casio Piano Schools.

For the first phase, the five districts that have been identified are; Mokokchung School of Music – Mokokchung, Little Spring School – Zunheboto, Clearwater Creative Arts – Wokha, Mountain Music Academy -Dimapur, and Elite Music Ensemble -Phek. They also announced that ‘Casio- The Pianist’ a piano competition will take place soon to recognise existing Piano talents in Nagaland.
