Kohima, July 03 (NEx): Nagaland detected four (4) new COVID-19 positive cases today, July 03, 2020, taking the total number of positive cases in the state to 539.
Taking to twitter, Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom said, out of 259 samples tested for COVID-19, four (4) new positive cases were confirmed.
Out of the 4 positive cases for COVID-19, 3 patients are from Mon Quarantine Centre and 1 from Peren Quarantine Centre – tweeted Pangnyu at 10:57 am today.
With four (4) new COVID-19 positive cases, the total number of confirmed cases rises to 539 today. Among the confirmed cases, 197 patients have recovered from COVID-19 and the active cases in the state stands at 342, updated Health Minister.
Out of 259 samples tested. 4 fresh positive cases of COVID-19 +ve have been detected.
3 in Mon QC & 1 in Kohima QC.

Among the 342 active COVID-19 cases in Nagaland, 39 patients are undergoing treatment at Dimapur, 83 at Kohima, 41 at Mon, 146 at Peren, 20 at Tuensang, 3 at Zunheboto 9 at Phek and 1 at Mokokchung district.
