Kohima, June 16 (NE): Nagaland reported two (02) new COVID-19 positive cases today, June 16, 2020, taking the total count in the state to 179.
Out of 316 samples tested for COVID-19, two (02) new positive cases confirmed, said an update from Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom at around 08:48 am today.
Both the positive cases for COVID-19 are from Kohima quarantine centre, tweeted Pangnyu.
2 new cases of COVID-19 +ve have been reported out of 316 samples tested. All cases are from Kohima QC.

Recovered : 92
Death : 00

With two new COVID-19 positive cases, total number of confirmed cases rises from 177 to 179 today. Among the confirmed cases, 92 patients have recovered from COVID-19 taking the active cases in the state to 87, updated Nagaland Health Minister, S Pangnyu Phom.
All the COVID-19 cases reported in the state are among the stranded citizens of Nagaland who returned from across the country.
